My PC is raised a good 4 cm from the desk to allow for air intake case, therefore creating turbulence and hot spots in the PCI slots  dvd drive, i've stuck an empty cd case to seperate for heat I have spaces for 2 HDD's and 2 Optical Drives I didn't think of using the spare
